No! Movers, your account is free (Hurrah!) We believe as you already pay fees to your conveyancer, estate agent and other professionals, we don’t want to add another fee you need to pay.

For Conveyancers and Estate Agents:

Yes! (You can find out more about our pricing here) A small fee we know represents great value for money in the ease to track all your cases and the time saved when everyone’s on the same page.

No! Even if just one of the users is connected there’s still a huge benefit. You can see the progress of the other properties in the chain, complete ID checks, instruct Searches, Surveys and much more

Of course, adoor is best and most useful when everyone is connected, then everyone gets the updates, complete forms and see’s all the property info in one place.

And as you can invite anyone to the property, you have the power to invite and recommend others to use adoor as well.

When you create the property on adoor, you can invite your property professionals. They will then get an invite by email.

If they don’t accept within a few days we’ll reach out to introduce ourselves and explain who we are and what we do.

Its easy for Property Professionals (agents, lawyers, mortgage brokers) to get started on adoor.

They can either accept an invite if they have been invited to a property on adoor or head to app.adoor.co.uk and takes just 3 mins to get started.

No catch! adoor is free for Movers, as the Conveyancer (Property Lawyer) and Estate Agent pay a fee to track your property through adoor.

For the Property Professionals there’s no long contract, you pay per transaction. So when you win, we win!
