Our first Legal Case Management (CMS) Integration had to be with LEAP. They are right at the forefront of innovation in the legal sector, investing more than £13 million a year in R&D. In addition to their longstanding relationship with the Law Society in England and Wales, LEAP are a trusted and respected member of the legal community. 

Through our integration with LEAP, LEAP users can continue to update the matter from the LEAP CMS, but now have the benefit of seeing the progress of the chain through adoor as well as sending/receiving updates to/from the other stakeholders, that sync instantly between LEAP and adoor.

Through adoor we also collect the upfront property information required to complete the Property Information Forms (Law Society’s TA Forms, Propertymarks PIQ forms and also the BASPI by the Home Buying & Selling Group) and this data can be easily shared or exported to improve efficiency in the process. 

We also collect the same information to be fully compliant with National Trading Standards Parts A, B & C for Material Information at the point of listing the property - that also encourages Conveyancers being appointed earlier in the process!

LEAP users also have the benefit of being able to instruct ID checks and Property Searches (Local Authority, Water & Drainage etc.) in adoor, keeping all the information in one place and readily available. 

All of this reduces the number of enquiries Conveyancers have to deal with every day.
