About Track
Track really does what it says on the tin (Hello Ronseal?!) - Track every stage of your move and see how the rest of the chain is progressing all in one place.
Through Track, everyone connected to the property will get updates via email or push notifications - Reducing all the calls and emails chasing for updates up and down the chain. Saving hours for everyone each week.
We’ve split the milestones into 5 major stages: Mortgage, Offer, Legal, Exchange and Completion, and within each milestone we have included our Know-How, short simple guides to help buyers/sellers understand the process. We’ll dive deeper into these in our next post.
Each professional updates their own milestones, whether that’s answering enquiries, completing ID verification, creating a property logbook and more. When a milestone is updated everyone connected to the property is notified automatically. Keeping everyone informed with the latest information. These updates can be done by updating on adoor directly, or via integrations with your existing systems, like LEAP (available now) or Reapit (coming soon).
From adoor users can jump into the Property Details page (we’ll cover this later in the series). But collecting this information upfront can save home buyers and sellers save up to 4 weeks on your move.
We built adoor to solve the biggest challenge we see in the house moving process - Communication. Information about the move is often siloed in separate systems and there wasn’t a user-friendly way to see where you are in the process without having to call or email. Whilst Conveyancers and Estate Agents are handling ever-increasing caseloads with transactions taking longer too.
