We are proud to announce our partnership with Elan. Providing their fantastic Property Searches directly within adoor.
Property professionals can order Regulated Local Authority, Drainage & Water Searches as well as flood risk, climate change, planning constraints and more. All delivered back to adoor ready for you to download.
In the next few months we’ll be able to pick up the data from the Local Authority, Drainage and Water and Environment reports to update the relevant fields in adoor automatically. Helping to speed up your processes even further. Continuing to further our mission for property professionals to be able to do more of the work in one place.

Through our partnership with Elan, we’re also excited to work with Martello, who provide effortless environmental reports. Their expert assessors do additional checks as standard so property professionals don’t have to. Like checking contaminated land and high flood risk - so if their report says “further action” there’s a genuine issue to resolve.

How to get started:
Head to app.adoor.co.uk and pick the property you want to order searches on.
Go to the Property Details Page and choose the Elan card from the left hand options
Pick whether you want the Starter or Pro Pack of searches and click order.
Complete the payment process and you will get a confirmation once that’s gone through.
Once each search is ready they will appear on adoor. We’ll also notify you when they’re ready.
