Legalito, founded by conveyancing industry veteran Peter Ambrose, has been built by experts in developing conveyancing software over the last 15 years. This experience gives Peter and the team a unique insight what conveyancers really want and need.

Although enquiries are a key part of conveyancing, there is no standard format for firms to manage them. Some use custom systems, Excel or Word, but most just use emails*. This is where Legalito adds value by making the raising and answering enquiries consistent, so both sides know what to expect, making training and supporting team members easier.

Communication becomes cleaner and more efficient, significantly reducing the effort for all involved.

There is no additional fee to use Legalito through adoor. It costs £7.50 +VAT per case when created – There’s no charge for anyone replying to enquiries.

Managing enquiries with Legalito is refreshingly simple. You raise enquiries, send them to the other side so they can review them, provide answers and send them back. It’s really that simple! An easy to read layout to help you confidently complete all enquiries quickly and with no fuss.

Legalito also has additional powerful features:

  • Smart Import - Using AI, you can import enquiries from any document and Legalito will read this to extract the enquiries raised. This could be the other side sending a Word or PDF document, or even an email.

  • Suggested enquiries and answers - Legalito can offer answers, based on answers provided by lawyers to enquiries previously raised. Saving users hours.

  • Custom Libraries - Allows you to create libraries of enquiries specific to your firm, whilst still retaining the consistency in the wording.

How to get started:

  • Create your Legalito account at app.legalito.co.uk

  • Head to your View Profile page on app.adoor.co.uk and connect Legalito.

  • Go to the Property Details Page for the property you want to connect.

  • You can then connect to an existing Legalito case if already created, or create a new one from adoor.

  • Once connected you can then send or answer enquiries on adoor through Legalito.

*note: Many firms manage enquiries excellently already using these tools, no criticism on using these! But we think there another way. Legalito helps level up enquiries management with additional features that help make enquiries even smarter, more collaborative, more relevant and ultimately easier for everyone involved.
