Create a property

Creating a property when signing up:

As mentioned in our create an account guide, you can create a property while you are signing up to adoor. After confirming your account you will have the option to say whether you are buying and/or selling. You will then be able to search for the address using the postcode.

Once you have found the address you can then invite the Estate Agent, Mortgage Broker and Conveyancers (Property Laywer) if you know them. But don’t worry you can add them later if needed.

Creating a property after signing up:

Click the Add Property button on the blue sidebar on the left to add a property to your account.

You will then be able to see the property in the Your Cases page (accessed from the blue sidebar), as well as on the Track page, which you can find by clicking the name of the property you wish to track on the Your Cases page.

You can also join a property by being invited by one of the other users (i.e. the estate agent sends you an invite), which you can find on the Notifications page. Once you’ve accepted an invitation, the property will appear on the Track and Your Cases pages.
